Mary and I caught an evening showing of Shrek last night. Plot-wise it was pretty formulaic, but I enjoyed all the amusing fairy-tale and movie references (my favorite being Fiona going Trinity on Robin and his Merry Men). And the computer generated visuals were very impressive of course.
Now I’m really looking forward to Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within the next big CGI movie of the summer.
