I haven’t been writing here very much lately. That’s strange in that I’ve actually had more time than usual. I’ll be taking a weeks vacation starting next next weekend though, so I think I’ll make an effort to be a little more active in updating over the next few days.
I spent this morning out at EWU for the second consecutive Saturday. This time around it was football rather than basketball that was the focus of my attention; the Seattle Seahawks are holding their preseason camp out there and they’re open to the public. Mary’s dad goes way back with Tom Lovat, the Hawks offensive line/assistant head coach, and we were able to speak to him briefly after the practice which was neat for John.
