O’Reilly Network: The AltiVec Difference is a look at just how AltiVec processing works at the source code level. I hadn’t had the chance to look at any AltiVec coding examples prior to this article so I found it especially interesting. Vector programming is actually quite elegant once you see how it works, especially if you understand linear algebra. I just wish I owned a computer with a G4 processor at this point.
