I ended up going to sleep well before midnight last night so I didn’t actually start on my NaNoWriMo novel until I got up this morning. The good news is that I didn’t have a problem getting off to a good start and I’m almost up to 500 words already. I figure I should be able to get well over halfway towards my total by the end of lunch today. My big goal is to take advantage of this weekend and get ahead of pace. The problem that I had last year was that I ran out of steam once basketball season started.
