I ran into my friend Nichole while out at my family’s house today. Nothing like that daily dose of stinging putdowns I always say. She and my sister have a site here. It needs work and it’s not a weblog, but it’s better than nothing.

Looks like I’m finally going to go to The Hurricane tonight. My dad reports that it’s pretty good after seeing it last night so I imagine I’ll like it as well.

I went to my parents house to do some laundry in the new washer. It seemed to work pretty well if a bit slower than the agitator style washers I’m used to.

I watched an hour’s worth of That 70′s Show with Kristen and Nichole. It was pretty amusing.

I did a little bit of shoe shopping today with my mom, Kristen, and Nichole. I ended up buying a pair of black Doc Martens and some navy blue Tommy Hilfigers.

Nichole being the young lady of discerning taste that she is, threatened to beat me with my Tommy’s. She was also worried that I might wear my new Doc’s with shorts and white socks. Give me a little credit Chunky!

Later that afternoon we ditched my mom and went to Election. It was definitely an entertaining yet thoroughly twisted film. Every single character in the movie had things to dislike about them.

Nichole has her big race today. It should be interesting to see how she ends up doing.

Even though the weather didn’t really warrant it I decided to wear shorts today. Actually it wasn’t that cold this morning, but it was somewhat cloudy.

I can’t believe yet another week has zipped by on me.

There’s a big track meet at Hart field that I’ll probably have to stop by since it’s sort of in my neighborhood and Nichole will be running.

I need groceries anyway and my store of choice is right across the street.

I’m really feeling tired as I right this. And when I start writing in homonyms that’s clearly a symptom. LOL

Kristen and I took her new (used) car over to Nichole’s to show it off and take her out to ice cream. I got a strawberry sundae. It was excellent.

It turns out my bike didn’t ship out from the factory until last Friday. At least it should be ready by the weekend now.

My bike is in UPS shipping limbo. After calling Wheelsport just about everyday this week I decided to leave my name and number and let them call me when my bike arrives.

I’ve got a headache and I’m tired. Hopefully I will be able to get to sleep decently tonight. I’ve woken up well before my alarm most of this week despite not being able to fall asleep immediately when I go to bed.

I didn’t see her race, but I hear that Nichole PR’d with a 12:17 in the 3200 today. Nice Job! It had to be the cd right?

I totally planned on going to the track meet today, but I slept in a little bit and then got sidetracked putting together a music cd.

This afternoon I went out and visited my family and helped my sister and Nichole put together a cd for their friend’s birthday. It turned out pretty well I think.

Hey it’s Tax Day! I finished mine up over the weekend, although I’m not sure why I hadn’t done it a lot earlier.

Today started off kind of poorly when I overslept and was late for work. It was a great day otherwise. I even wore shorts!

Nichole PR’d today by an amazing 17 seconds when she turned in a 3200 time of 12:22! I guess you’re going to have to come up with some new goals Chunky because there’s a lot of season left! 11:57 at regionals anyone?

I’m currently paying the price for all the napping I did this afternoon. Luckily I’m starting to feel tired.

Fun ways to mess up with your sleep cycles. Or something like that. I fell asleep and woke up around 3:30am today.

My apartment is definitely in a transitional messy rearrangement phase right now.

Tonight I went to this year’s Ham On Regal with my mom and it is now very clear to me where Nichole gets all her Pinkettes related traits.

The Ferris boys teams won both their games against Mead yesterday.

My neighbors at Lewis & Clark HS beat G-Prep yesterday in what had to be the most brutal game I’ve seen this season. LC will be our final opponent of the regular season on Thursday.

I’m doing surprisingly well considering how small my total sleep time has been in the last 24 hours. I guess I don’t need as much sleep as some people like my buddy Nichole.

On a visit to Everything today I discovered a mathematical explanation for the story of my life.

Ferris plays Rogers today in what should be a pretty good basketball game at Ferris.

I have not worked on my site here much at all this weekend. Sorry Nichole. Of course once she gets her’s going I’m going to give her a hard time too.

Watching the Super Bowl was kind of interesting this year. I went over to Dale’s house. His daughter Breanna ended up being more entertaining then the game for me.

Today I discovered that Axodys is actually a weblog.

Carmen(Nichole) is of course on my case to get my site here improved. She is of course right. I need to keep plugging away. Perhaps someday Axodys will approach the stature of the numerous spiffy weblogs out there.

Thanks to my recent acquisition of a new 128MB dimm my iMac is now happily cruising along at 160MB!

I’m finally starting to make a little progress on my site here. Things are still pretty rough, but at least I’m getting a feel for how I want to do them.

My plan is to generate some kind of outline renderer that will format everything into table based blocks. Time to start learning UserTalk I guess.

Nichole has been on my case to get something going with my site. That’s good actually because it’s kept me motivated to get my act together. So thanks Nichole… and you make good brownies too by the way. My family came by and brought me some chocolate cake this afternoon. It was tasty! While they were visiting we also talked about their plans to purchase one of the new flavored iMacs. I think they’re going to get a blue one and I’m going to sell them my 64MB so-dimm and buy myself a new 128MB. That should leave both of our iMacs in really good shape.
