The breaking news of the day so far is that Slashdot has been acquired by Andover.net.
This is exciting to me because it really demonstrates the beauty and power of the Internet. What else could allow a couple regular guys to turn a good idea into a rising technocentric portal and in a small town outside the realm of Silicon Valley no less? Yeah Baby Yeah!
