The new drive seems to be cruising right along. I’ve got it partitioned up into four 4GB HFS+ drives, an 120MB soon to be Linux swap partition, and the remainder for the LinuxPPC installation. Of course, with just a couple more weeks until MacOS X beta arrives on the scene I may not get a whole lot of use out of it. We’ll see how it goes.
I found out today that internet startup company DeepLeap has folded. Even though I hadn’t used their service that much, I was sorry to hear that they’re closing up shop. I have a lot of admiration for people like the DeepLeap crew and the folks at Pyra. One thing I will say, I really like the approach Pyra is taking in regard to building their company. By that I mean that while they have a cool product in Blogger, they’re working with companies on a variety of other stuff simultaneously.
