After hours and hours of fiddling I finally got our main hallway light hooked up to two switches. It actually wasn’t that complicated once I sat down and mapped out the wires and figured out where the source wire needed to be connected to have a route to the second switch at all times. Unfortunately I spent quite a while guessing at the correct way to apply some example wiring diagrams to my situation. All in all it was an educational experience and fun too. Kind of reminded me of learning how to program in a new language in fact.
