Lime hub availability seems to be improving in Spokane again. I was able to start the day off with a 9 scooter drop and then follow it up with a 6 scooter hub only a few blocks away. So much more pleasant than dealing with several 1 to 2 scooter hubs with a looming 7am deadline.
