Guy really was the refs’ favorite in the Final Four. Besides the end of game foul call on the three pointer against Auburn, gets tripped by his own teammate resulting in foul a call against TT, then reach-in fouls Moretti in transition before the pinky deflection turnover.

Texas Tech can’t get it done in OT and Virginia completes the epic worst to first storyline nobody would have believed last year after their stunning first round defeat to a 16th seed. Happy for Tony Bennett.

8-0 run from Texas Tech turned this back into a real game in the last 5 minutes. Now it might go to OT!

Texas Tech not really giving Virginia any problems this half. The Red Raiders get it back down to six then give up a score.

I don’t feel like Virginia deserved to win this game the way they they finished it. Brutal. Uncalled double dribble and the foul on the final three pointer probably goes uncalled 50% of the time.

Virginia sure doesn’t have much composure for being up ten points with five minutes to go. Suddenly it’s more like six and momentum is swinging Auburn’s way.

Oregon women had a real shot to beat Baylor, but the two blow by scores at the end were back breakers. Bummed out that they couldn’t quite close the deal.

General observation about text based CRPG combat: multiple rounds where player characters and NPCs do no damage to each other or miss completely are not very fun or compelling. Competent characters that deal a lot of damage while still taking some damage is more entertaining.
