We’ll see what the final tallies are in a couple days, but I will say I find it fairly odd that Lisa Brown is proportionally 1400 Spokane County votes short of where she should be if everyone that voted for her in the Primary voted for her again.

The local congressional race didn’t turn out like I had hoped, but at least my voting district appears to be a segment of pink (< +50 for) in a sea of north Spokane County red on one map I saw. More importantly the Assault Rifle restrictions initiative (I-639) passed.

Great to see G-Prep success story Sam Dowd out on the floor for Idaho State! I’d completely forgotten he plays for the Bengals now, but there’s no missing the hustle and heart he brings to the court!

Big day. I voted the day after my ballot arrived and something like 100,000 other Spokane County residents had already voted yesterday as well so we’re already on record turnout pace. Very curious to see what that translates to for our candidates and country.

Rode a Lime eBike for the first time today. Pretty fun way to get Downtown quickly even if it doesn’t go faster than 15mph. Good reminder that I need to finish my long overdue eBike project this winter because they’re super fun.

WSU survives 19-13! I’m impressed with Cal’s defense and how they were able to shutdown UW last week and hold WSU well under their average today.

Nailbiter in Pullman! 13-13 with about 3 minutes to go after WSU fails to convert on a 30 yard field goal. Cal down to 1 timeout, but plenty of time left.

Wow! Huskies really took it to Stanford in the first half. 21-0 is not the kind of game I expected to see based on both teams’ body of work, but good for them.
