The keyboard command customization capabilities in Ferrite are pretty stellar because they allow you to select and edit clips in a very precise way and minimize the need to rely on the touch interface.

Spent some time editing a podcast episode in Ferrite during my lunch break. It’s mostly intuitive, but the sooner I can integrate the keyboard shortcuts and pencil gestures the better. Also I think this episode ended up being a lot longer than I realized.

I will never think of my dad’s birthday in quite the same way!

Just recorded my first podcast in four years with the three older kids. It’s going to take a few days to clean up and edit as I learn Ferrite, but once it’s done I think it’s going to be our best one yet!
